i heard the md claim that shareholders are split 50/50 with those wanting to liquidate the company vs those willing to wait for distribution of LLL shares next year.
i thought the chair & md handled the meeting well enough
i also believe there probably wasn't much more they could have said, although i didn't buy their explanation for pulling the fund raising late last year
giving the chair a list of questions to answer didn't have the same impact as the same questions being asked from the floor
i feel they'd be happy to get MSA off the books for nothing
