Interesting to see how desperate they are getting to keep an independent director from coming on board. Where's the harm?
It's almost like they don't someone coming in to represent small shareholders and then start asking difficult questions about where all the money went.
In a proper regulatory system, ASIC would as a matter of course investigate such cases where a company goes from raising $10 millions of dollars to insolvency in a matter of months.
