Leo offering a certain number of Leo shares per FFX share - on the basis that escrow shares will then be cancelled.

Only way to get fair value for the LLL shares held in escrow....................................
and beneficial to Leo as no other entity will gain access to these shares

BUT - would Leo go there...................................................
