Concern is Linaker, that by the logic with which you justify that their only option is a raise, ie won;t get takeoff agreement, you could conclude unlikely there'd be insto intereest either. Reason being, lack of interest in take of agreement would be a result of lack of interest in product... no market, no sales, so who would look at sinking $100M into this?
If there is a market, there will be take of interest also.
But, I'm no expert on the subject.
