Agree with your last paragraph, and of increasing concern for me now... if we are slipping into global recession, expect commodities/metal decline. This will directly affect demand and bottom line... there will be return demand eventually, but could well be another 12-24 months... See what the next three months pans out...
As for take offs and funding, im now confused, having forgot details of original plan. Understood that based on pilot samples, tenderers would then agree to fund full scale based on 10% advance sales. So takeoff produces the funds that are needed to fund RLL so that it can have takeoff agreements signed? chicken and egg... will go back to my notes and announcement tomorrow to sort it out, again, unless someone answers here prior...
