What conditions would/could they impose, though? Limit maximum production in the first, say, 12 months until the EPA is satisfied that the VDT method is appropriate and works at AN?
I'm cautiously optimistic that if any conditions are imposed by the EPA, that they won't be significant enough to have a material effect on the project value and SP.. (cautiously..)
