They are not going to do anything short term imo, unless they look at mergers with small producers with plant and equipment and limited mine life. You can't get debt to start building a plant, metal prices are dropping.

TTR Management just need to take the cautious path, preserve cash, and get a BFS complete, financing established, plant built, pit scraped, and plant producing before the next supply contraction.

1: Metal Recovery
2: Raise Cash
3: Mine and produce
