I see the resolution for an increase to non executive directors was passed easily. A quick call to Phil in NY fixed that up I reckon. Given the current market conditions this is unbelievable. A non executive director can now be paid up to a max of $500k p.a as opposed to $150k p.a. Looks like I might have to send in a CV!
The chairman PK is always going to sound upbeat it seems to be his style. Hopefully no MGX debacles re contracts down the line.
