Thanks Swap, life is like that - I sit on a board and we discuss our situation and then have lunch and eventually get back and tell the parties the decision. Meanwhile the parties have been on edge for hours waiting and waiting. The thought is there - but never said out loud - we know, you can just wait. Same as us Shareholders - I am convinced the Banks know ( maybe even our guys), but "they can wait". M.
