Not sure why it is taking so long, but from memory there were long diamond drill holes done at Mawson and they needed to be cut up and taged etc for assay labs. Is this why it is taking so long? Not sure.
With limited funds they would need a huge positive hit to justify more holes now. I think more surveys etc will be done now in preparation for future drilling.
