I am pretty sure non-exec directors must offer themselves for re-election every 3 years, which Joanne Kendrick did in 2021 (as did Malcolm King in 2021 who is up for re-election this time and Rob Willes in 2022 who’ll be up again next time) but she is noticeable by her absence. I wonder if that means she’s departing or if she is going to head up one of the subsidiaries about to float?
Eric put himself up for the first time last year, the first year he’s been non-exec, but I assume we’ll have been taken over for $5 before he has another go.
