Thanks for this, it is good context as the last 3 reso had significant no votes and perhaps the comment about the oseas investor was meant to address some of that ?
Very disorganised myself and didn't vote so absolutely no way am I going to bleat about anything right now insofar as comments on management- I have missed my chance to be active about it. Again- cheers for the extra inputs re this agm
