IMO need two things to happen
1) somehow optimise drilling (to bring those peaks forward) without dilution
2) consolidate the shareholder register. I'm not necessarily talking about buybacks or share consolidation, but I have come to the conclusion that BRK is a good investment for those people who have longer investment horizon than a few months (i.e. its generally unsuited to most people on HC). We need more family offices, institutions to come in take some decent sized positions (who are fundamentally investing for years not months) taking shares out of "retail circulation"
