Agree, but they need to start working smarter rather than harder. Removal of two of the directors was a good start, but from an outsider perspective, I can't see the value that Gerber is adding. Many would argue connections...but that is irrelevant IMO. If they are focusing on institutional and selective HNW channels, well where is the expertise in the business or on the board to do that. They need to get real.

Anyway, I better take a chill pill!
