thanks drywas for the AGM summary.

My understanding is that there WILL be an SPP.
I think that they would not need a trading halt for a SPP itself.
The T/H will be because of a placement, probably related to the J/V they refer to.
I suspect a J/V, with the J/V party taking a placement and s/h then being offered an SPP at the same price.

If ICN are going to go flat-out to develop the non-Stanwell blocks, then they will need plenty of cash - so I think that the SPP will be for a max level maybe up to $10k each s/h.

Am looking forward to Monday's announcement.
