This thread was about the hearing and asking for clarification about whether it would delay listing, the CGBRep clearly states "The AGMPL tax case will have no bearing on the relisting."

Ok so that's solved, it seems everyone just moves onto something else to complain about. This thread should only be about the hearing and any implications it has on the company - not about some other removed post from a completely different thread. There's enough FUD going around in here.

If you have something that needs clarification then ask, don't go on bashing a company etc... The fact they even have a rep in these forums for us to direct questions to and have answers of it self is great.

Ok my question - Does this hearing have any implications on the Company? With director duties etc... for example.
