The formal part of the AGM is a pain in the buttski, however depending on the numbers present and the nature of the individual directors, the chats afterwards can be extremely helpful. They can also establish a rapport whereby you can phone them at a later date and actually get sensible answers rather than standard no comment type stuff.
As a rule, avoid the really big company AGMs as you will get little opportunity to talk to management. All you will receive is some whizz bang powerpoint presentation.
With the micro caps, the company secretary will treat you like a 'relly' as they can be embarrassed by the sheer lack of numbers. You help with the quorum!
Would imagine PSV would be quite a reasonable one to attend-the management should be quite upbeat with their progress to date, and there is a healthy interest in the stock.
