I actually hold both. Unfortunately my upfront investment in NYR was larger than AGN.
Of course my AGN holding is now much larger than my NYR holding, due to respective SP performance.
There is a reason NYR has such a miniscule market cap. Terrible history of missed milestones, repeated delays, failure of lead cholesterol-lowering asset. They were meant to have started phase 1 trials years ago, and still haven't got one started.
Their neuroprotective drug definitely shows promise based on pre-clinical work. But prospective investors are right to be cautious.
