I wonder if they have a funding deal in place for a Australian regional trial, to be awarded upon successful completion of the current phase 2, possibly investigator-lead.
That would allow some work to be done on label expansion in parallel with a possible AGN funded/lead phase 3 trial.
Just wild speculation on my part.
