Secondly on the trial in the USA for NYR. AGN chose Australia and 15 percent of stroke patients. In regards to population:
Australia - 26 million population
USA - 340 million population
Stroke happens every 2 mins you can extrapolate that having a 15 fold increase in population tells you that the exposure to these patients is significantly greater hence the take up will be significantly greater with a shorter time frame. AGN will succeed in its phase 2 study we just have to be patient and the fruits will flourish
