AGN is under CARPs which is a drug class. Since 1921 when insulin was first approved there has only ever been 100 approved peptides by the FDA. Thats like 1 per year passes through. There are over 14k drug molecules approved by the FDA since beginning of the 1900’s. Stability of peptides have always been in question. Let’s hope they overcome what NA-1 and many others couldn’t in the same drug class
