I noticed in the last financial report a paragraph about Newmarket Holdings right to reacquire some of our deposits, Newmarket l believe was an entity of Kirkland lake gold which has merged with Agnico. (Not 100% sure on this)

Agnico has stated it’s game plan is to dominate and consolidate regions and use it’s existing infrastructure to process resources and thus reduce overhead through increased volume.

We have heard mention of the Cosmo mine in care and maintenance and similarly of our exploration targets in close proximity in nearly every pnx announcement recently.

PNX has been working hard to build the resource through exploration and acquisitions of course this is a good strategy for us to go into production but is the real game to fatten the lamb for takeover offers?

The right to reacquire states 3 times our expenditure on the deposits under the agreement, not sure how much has been spent? Of course other deposits not under the agreement would need to be valued including our recent ESG approval.

Pure speculation on my behalf but there is plenty of discussion on cashed up gold majors acquiring juniors PNX would seem a good fit for Agrico Eagle.
