    A trademark means (to secure the name only) a patent on the other hand may hold value (all very subjective really) many a patent sits patented worth zilch.

    That all being said, Keysole has provide the trademark application status which is for the "name" AGNOSCO, has nothing to do with the tech at all.

    So unsure how an R and D payment would be received for getting a trademark on name??
    Am I missing something here?
