Why I have a feeling that this company is being dressed up for take over or being sold. The CEO already resigned (Looks like a graceful exit after he brokered support from supplier and bank by issuing shares to them) Liabilities are down with lots of cash. Looks like a take over target to me. The only way the supplier/bank can get their money back quickly with possible windfall is to sell this company. Any thoughts?
