Rather than clutter up the other threads with TO speculation, I though I's start a new thread for that discussion. Plus I'm not that familiar with takeovers so would welcome some enlightenment on how it might pan out for AGO.
My question is, given that AGO has some 9 billion shares on the books, how would that work in a TO situation? Would there need to be a consolidation instigated concurrently?
All opinion welcome, on the basis that everyone recognise that this thread will be all pure speculation.
Go for it lads.
