THis was covered some months ago and I think what you will find is the bond holders debt and shares will get bought out as apart of the deal causing a majority takeover and purchase of the business.

I would then assume as the new owner would take these shares off the register and the SP would then automatically rise as there are no longer 9 billion shares on issue.

Could be closer to the number of retail investors left maybe 500million to 1 billion.

Just in opinion and obviously the terms and conditions of the new deal.

But if you bought a company why would you want the original terms and conditions of existing creditors! Answer is you dont
