    I haven't done a proper calculation but in addition to the magnetitve vs hematite issue it looks like AGO have around twice as many shares on issue fully diluted when compared to UMC.

    I.e. although AGO's share price is only slightly above UMC's, its market cap is actually more than double UMC's market cap meaning AGO is more than twice as expensive as UMC.
