Thanks t3, but I was trying to get a summary together as there's a lot of information (and some misinformation) across about 15 posts, though I gather from a re-read of all the posts that I'm basically correct in my summary. And I still don't know where to get the form from.

However, as alluring as it all sounds: (1) I'm not sure about getting access to $75,000 when needed; and (2) I'm leery about the prospect of AGO being over 7.5 cents by the end of June/July. I think I'll stick to my strategy of ST trading the bumps which may well get me to the same place anyway.
