Has any one picked up that AGO's Mt Webber Project is on HDN ground? I believe this was part of the iron ore rights sold to AGO about a year ago. HDN retain a 2% royalty and have the right to buy back 30% of the project for 4 times exploration expenditure. AGO has a target resource of 40-80mt @ 57-60% Fe for Mt Webber and they are targeting 3mt per annum production by 2011.
Goldman Sachs JB Were have released research which puts a DCF value of $248 million on Mt Webber.
This values HDN's possible 30% at ~$75 million. Or if they don't buy back they have a royalty of ~$4 million per year.
Not bad for a company with a $16 mil market cap.
