If the options are in the money you will have no problems...

    If the options are in the money you will have no problems disposing of them - it's possible you'll have to sell at a slight discount to their true value though. You only need to look at the market depth now to see how you will have a problem selling them if they're out of the money i.e there will be no buyers.
