sluggo, sorry for delay in response, in brief, Atlas needs to be seen as a good corporate citizen by the community and the government so it engages in such investments. They are on track to reach 12mt by Dec 2013, they are generating strong cash flows especially at current IO prices and they continue to work towards a rail solution.
