the CHINESE will NEVER REDUCE their NEED for IO from OZ..
THEY may substitute LOCAL CHINESE IO with better quality OZI IO .. that's all they can do.
if IO price goes under $110, the Local china ORE is OUT !! and OZI ORE is INCREASED to fill the GAP...
and that's what the ENVIRONMENTAL AUTHORITIES in CHINA WANT anyway.. LESS LOW GRADE DIRTY IO from LOCAL SUPPLIERS !!
