Thanks guys .. wish there was more transparency re what has been agreed to in the « alliance ». Guess it’s not legally binding. Less conditional than the SID. ... We do know that the directors have to have a majority if there is to be a change to their « unanimous » recommendation of the scheme.. And of course MIN will have full knowledge of any other interests... Their lawyers/negotiators seem to have been much smarter than our lawyers/BOD, who are going to continue to promote synergies, saving jobs etc ... (shareholders are always at the bottom of the food chain)
