My guess would be that these funds be returned to MIN in the event of the scheme of the scheming pricks falls through. They've just done this to save dipping into atlas' cash IMO. Plus Atlas has to pay 3 million to MIN if a better offer comes in and goes through. Please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. Especially about the scheme they invented to make it sound like we retain our assets lol. Like its not a take over hahaha
