How would a LT holder be happy with any of this? Highly questionable TO conduct.
ASX is getting a really bad reputation as the harbor for Lowball TO offers that then get made binding by appalling after TH trading patterns that converge to the Lowball offer.
No wonder the ASX 200 is lowly valued in a period of global growth. The market IMHO has become the problem not the companies themselves.
If only ASX rules were more onerous, the trading since the TH would be less opaque.
