(1) Definitely a take over (2) price manipulated over last couple of months to go up and down by MIN (3) Trigger for T/O was when SP had a 1 in front of it I.e 1.9c (4) Shareholders have to sit out 4 days looking at CommSec seeing the SP with a 1 in front of it. (5) offer comes in at 4c even when AFR story conveniently placed places the market value at 3.7c the night before the offer became public. (6) Shareholders grateful as most will make some money in a crappy market. Arghhhhh, there goes my multibagger IMO
