HAO has a joint venture with GIR having 25% of the rights to the Mt Webber project.

Daltons Joint Venture: Haoma Mining NL (25%) Mt Webber Joint Venture with Giralia
Resources NL (75%) with a mineral resource estimate of 35.1million tonnes @ 57.2% Fe.

At the AGM in Nov-
"The Directors are at present considering several alternative propositions, including selling
Haoma?s 25% Dalton?s share to one of numerous interested parties or ?spinning off? a
separate iron ore mining company."
