Thats what I am banking on. Last January the upgraded credit rating resulted in a major lift in the SP. I think the next quarterly will already be priced in. We all know AGO is making millions every quarter. What helps the SP move is the surprise announcements. A credit upgrade again and a refinance deal would put a rocket up this thing IMO.
