How have you valued all he minerals contained in the Atlas Tenements. Atlas has provided detailed maps in all their presentations highlighting where they believe valuable resources are ...or maybe subject to further exploration. If someone comes up with a value that in the future gets proven substantially wrong eg the size of the Lithium Resources that are not yet known (or made public) who then carries the responsibility for selling off the assets for less than what they are worth.
