Isn't the more potent power we have in a scheme vote the headcount test?
For the scheme to past, there needs to be:
(a) More than 75% of the votes cast in favour; AND
(b) More than 50% of the voting shareholders in favour.
So with 101 voters, you might have 50 big shareholders who can reach the 75% number but all it takes is 51 small voters who vote against and the scheme will fail.
I think therefore what matters most is to get out the vote.
I will be voting no with insignificant number of shares.
