NO , JV or better offer. with the resources ago holds and interests in diversed minerals, surely worth more than i piddly 2.8/3c. id like to see minimum 10c+. Doesnt ago realise they are holding cards that every mining company wants in their books. Id rather a slow process well setup diversed portfolio ago than a sell out at a low ball price.
