I believe that MIN cannot vote. So, the remaining shareholders hold the key. The yes vote needs 75+% shareholding OF THOSE THAT VOTE, and 50%+ of shareholders THAT VOTE. The later is of considerable advantage to the numerous AGO small shareholders in my opinion. That effectively means that even if the big holders support the deal the small investors can stop it IF THEY VOTE against the deal. The important thing is that every vote and EVERY voter counts so not voting is stupidity IMO.
