With 3.6% registered a No vote online I am very confident that on the day in July the 10% No vote will easily be achieved for two reasons;

1- the substantial holders are tight-lipped for now and we only need one of them to to vote No and that will add to this as there is no substantial holder in the list now.

2- No all who will vote No are on HC - so statistically the 3.6% scaled to all SH's really means we may well and truly expect more than 10% No votes on the day - even without substantial holders.
