    choCwolf thanks for your view i think the real issue to me is the way this has come about and realising the offer is below the mark, as indicated before the tax loss credits we have seen in the media are in excess of the bid made, Min then get the Company for nothing, please correct me if i am wrong. The other obvious slap to shareholders is the buy back of small shareholders up to $500 this is seen by small shareholders as manipulation to help get the vote through.
    You ask what if price goes to 1.9 cents if the bid fails, i would wait for the price to go back! which it will in due course. To me Cliff does not want to continue the hard yards here at Atlas it might take longer than he thought. He is keen to get his bonus once takeover complete and then look for his next move.
    Some have the view that he is acting in his one interests rather than long term benefit of his company.
    This is not just a NO vote its a NO WAY, show us 6 cents and get on with it.
