I chatted with my Broker this morning and apparently the guys in his office are telling their Clients to vote NO. I'm surprised Cliff hasn't pushed harder for a higher price as he was at the helm of FerrAus when they were taken over in a $240m bid by Atlas in 2011. Any way i am hopeful of another suitor coming to Atlas, of course the Company is prohibited under the terms of the agreement to solicit other bids but with the rumblings out there you never know who will knock on the door.
