    One can see how the CEO might of been concerned about the next meeting to elect BOD members with debt holders selling out and therefore more than likely voted off the BOD!

    New BOD asking some questions about that deal and the amount of effort put into refinancing?

    CEO faced a lot of uncertainty, imo.

    Possible solution, seek Takeover get paid out in full?
