Cheers Albert. Best way for shareholders to end this is most likely by getting thousands of voters to go against it by actually voting at the appropriate time. I think there is something like 30,000 shareholders but obviously only a portion ever vote. Over half own next to no shares but can vote. So if 5000 vote against then MIN need to find 5001 to vote for the deal to get it through.
On a different subject, anyone thought about calling an EGM and proposing we vote Cliffy and Co off the Board. May not work but geez the media attention would be high and it would send a very clear signal.
