"Once up and running" are the keywords! I would guess that is probably what they are talking about with their financiers! But in the mean time all they have working are Xmas creek and cloudbreak which are not that cheap to run hence the restructuring over the last couple of weeks! Solomon is the key to how this all pans out! I do know they have a whole heap of brand new machinery sitting there waiting to crank up! But why would you sack 300 staff and lots more contractors if it was nearly close to cranking up production!?
