the retrospectoscope (charts) will show that we are at our lows ..... if something left field occurs and the matter is settled before it takes 2 years
or we are on a downward spiral through the brazillian legal night mare
its a gamble unless you have inside info for the next 2 years or until this clearly corrupt play is resolved
