Looks like I am in more trouble than a trombone player in a telephone booth.
Trying to organise our orchestral performance for tonight has just been too difficult.
I have been swamped with eager orchestral members. Our number one fiddler, Ron Lunt, is insisting on playing as first violinist. Bello wants to play Cello. Mr Dollar is adament he wants to play Double Bass, he says it's Double or nothing.
On the other side I have Jiggy playing his own trumpet and Blaarg harping on despite the fact that I tell him there is no place for a harpist in The Messiah.
The short of it all is, our performance is temporarily postponed for a night or two. I hope this does not leave you too crestfallen but we must have everything in order so that we give FG the performance he deserves!
